Assessments help managers and leaders plan and implement programs, people help them choose and develop the right policies, and services are provided to employees. Achieve! uses personality assessments to understand strengths and weaknesses of an individual. The assessment identifies a broad pattern of psychological styles, preferences, and abstractions. A group will have an unconscious pattern that is revealed to the group. This is what is often referred to as aStructural Model of the Self. The group is unconsciously creating a picture of itself. Each of these personality/ Behavioral/ Psychosocial theories terminates at a certain point in time, either interpretation or________uation (Gibson, 1997). Understanding these terminologies will clarify the definitions and dramatically increase one’s ability to understand and communicate. Conclusion adolescent personality can be understood in terms of four basic domains: Adolescent is primarily a period of self-discovery, when interests and motivations are budding, ages of interpersonal growth are attained, and opportunities for education, employment and socialization occur. Also, throughout the developmental period (from birth to young adult years), there occurs a time of Greatest Levels of Negativity ( recruiter, academic tutor, and other superiors). This is a time of self-reflection, where individual experiences come to the fore, and feelings of inferiority and self-doubt can be acknowledged. In addition to the four domains, there is a fifth domain, that of Adult phenomenal community ( filled with experts, celebrities, politicians, sports people, etc.). Because this domain is over- spotlighted, it may be the most under- spotlight domain of all. It is an unobtrusive presence, that is, not generally obvious, but nevertheless acknowledged. In adult life (in the US), a majority of the adults possess characteristics that distinguish them from the rest of the population. This pattern starts in childhood and continues into adulthood. For those individuals, who (like me), enjoy being in the spotlight, participating in rehearsals for the amusement of others, and attending seminars and/or self-study, they tend to be demanding, opinionated, simplistic, free-spoken, isolationists or internationalists. In some of these cases, there is a distinct difference between the “you” that publicly presents in a job or striter and the “you” that is interiorizingly contained within one’s self. I discovered that I was equipped to take on the seemingly impossible. With the focus of my challenge primarily on the task at hand, I was able to use my knowledge and understanding of the workings of the mind and body, as well as the language and psychological landscape, in order to weave together a convincing argument for myself. I was able to do this because I believed that my style was better suited to the rigors of the job. In a moment of weakness, I was able to claim my success.
